摘 要:通过不同粒级菱镁矿和白云石纯矿物煅烧热分解试验和磨矿分级试验,对菱镁矿和白云石的热分解特性和磨矿特性进行研究,确定采用马弗炉静态煅烧,在煅烧温度为650℃、煅烧时间为120 min的条件下,磨矿时间为2 min时,菱镁矿纯矿物磨矿分级产物在-0.074 mm粒级富集,而白云石纯矿物在+0.074 mm粒级富集,分离效果最佳。在此选别条件下,对丹东某含白云石低品位菱镁矿石进行提纯试验,结果表明,-0.074 mm粒级产品中,灼减后MgO和CaO质量分数分别为91.47%和2.80%,原矿灼减后CaO去除率为61.17%,除钙提纯效果显著。同时,采用热重、扫描电镜及X射线衍射等分析手段进行机理研究,分析煅烧条件对菱镁矿和白云石纯矿物晶体结构的影响。The thermal decomposition characteristics and grinding characteristics of magnesite and dolomite were studied through the calcination thermal decomposition test and grinding classification test of magnesite and dolomite pure minerals with different particle sizes.Under the conditions of calcination time of 120 min,calcination temperature of 650℃,grinding time of 2 min,the grading product of the magnesium mineral mill is enriched in-0.074 mm,while the dolomite pure minerals are enriched in+0.074 mm,the separation effect is the best.Under these conditions,a low-grade magnesite ore containing dolomite in Dandong was purified.The results showed that the contents of MgO and CaO were 91.47%and 2.80%,respectively.61.17%CaO was removed compared to the original mine,and the calcium purified effect was remarkable.At the same time,TG,SEM and XRD were used to study the mechanism,and the influence of calcination conditions on the crystal structure of magnesite and dolomite pure minerals was analyzed.
