犬蜱虫病及双甲脒的驱杀试验观察

摘　　要：为了验证双甲脒对犬蜱虫的驱杀效果,为临床用药提供相关数据,通过药物临床试验得出有效的犬蜱控制技术。试验将蜱随机分为1、2、3、4组,将每组蜱放置于烧杯内进行饲养,将4家不同厂家生产的12.5%双甲脒溶液稀释后分别添加入对应组内,进行计时,观察蜱的运动状态、活性、死亡数和死亡时间。结果表明,一号药物在稀释125倍、250倍、500倍时均能对蜱虫起到驱杀作用;二号药物在相同浓度下作用8 h才会有驱杀效果;三号和四号药物需要在高浓度作用较长时间才能产生驱杀效果。说明一号药物兑水稀释125倍作用2 h可以有效驱杀蜱虫,驱杀率达到66.7%以上,效果明显且短时间内不易反复。The purpose is to verify the repellent effect of amitraz on canine mussels,provide relevant data for the clinic,and obtain effective police dog frog control through drug clinical trials.Groups 3 and 4 put each group in the beaker.Add the 12.5%amitraz solution produced by 4 different manufacturers to the corresponding groups 1,2,3,and 4 respectively.After adding the drug solution,the results are obtained when the No.1 drug is 125,250,and 500 times.It has the effect of repelling insects and insects in the universe;the second drug works at the same concentration.Only 8h will have the repellent effect;the third and fourth drugs can only produce the repellent effect when the action of high concentration can last for a long time.Conclusion The No.1 drug 12.5%amitraz solution mixed with two water juveniles 125 times,the action takes hours to effectively and effectively deworm the clam.The deworming rate is more than 66.7%,the effect is obvious and not easy to occur.
