摘　　要：口蹄疫在全球范围内都危害极大,目前国内主要是通过疫苗注射的方式预防动物口蹄疫的流行和感染。疫苗佐剂常和疫苗一起注射到动物体内,可增强疫苗的免疫功能,提高机体对口蹄疫的免疫力。该文介绍了几种使用广泛的疫苗佐剂,简单综述了口蹄疫疫苗的研究概况。Foot-and-mouth disease is extremely harmful all over the world.At present,the prevalence and infection of animal foot-and-mouth disease is mainly prevented by vaccination in China.Vaccine adjuvants are often injected into animals together with vaccines,which can enhance the immune function of the vaccine and improve the body's immunity to foot-and-mouth disease.This article introduces several widely used vaccine adjuvants and briefly reviews the research status of foot-and-mouth disease vaccines.
