摘 要:目的观察妊娠期糖尿病患者肠道菌群分布特点及与血脂、IL-6的关系分析。方法2021年6—11月收集80例妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究组,同时收集80名正常健康孕妇作为对照组,收集两组对象的粪便进行肠道菌群检测及血液指标(血脂、IL-6),分析两组之间的肠道菌群差异,并进一步分析肠道菌群与血脂、IL-6的相关性。结果研究组肠球菌、肠杆菌、拟杆菌群菌落数高于对照组,而乳杆菌、双歧杆菌低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组IL-6与血脂指标中总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)高于对照组,而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。分析结果显示,肠球菌与TC、TG、LDL-C及IL-6呈正相关(P<0.05);肠杆菌与TC、TG、LDL-C及IL-6呈正相关(P<0.05);乳杆菌、双歧杆菌和拟杆菌与TC、TG、LDL-C及IL-6呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论在妊娠期糖尿病患者中肠道菌群肠球菌、肠杆菌、拟杆菌群菌落数较多,且肠球菌、肠杆菌与血脂、IL-6呈正相关。Objective To observe the distribution characteristics of intestinal flora in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus and its relationship with blood lipids and IL-6.Methods From June to November 2021,80 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were collected as study group.At the same time,80 normal healthy pregnant women were collected as the control group.The feces of the two groups were collected for intestinal flora detection and blood indicators(blood lipids,IL-6),and the differences in intestinal flora between the two groups were analyzed.The correlation between intestinal flora and blood lipids and IL-6 was further analyzed.Results The colony counts of Enterococcus,Enterobacter,and Bacteroidetes in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while those of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).TC,TG and LDL-C in IL-6 and blood lipid indexes in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while HDL-C was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The analysis results showed that Enterococcus was positively correlated with TC,TG,LDL-C and IL-6(P<0.05);Enterobacter was positively correlated with TC,TG,LDL-C and IL-6(P<0.05).Lactobacillus,Bifidobacterium and Bacteroides were negatively correlated with TC,TG,LDL-C and IL-6(P<0.05).Conclusion Enterococcus,Enterobacter,and Bacteroidetes colonies are more in intestinal flora in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus,and Enterococcus and Enterobacter are positively correlated with blood lipids and IL-6.
