胰岛素原/胰岛素比值在糖尿病基础和临床研究中的意义分析

摘　　要：目的探讨胰岛素原/胰岛素比值对于糖尿病临床诊断、治疗的参考价值。方法选取该院2020年5月—2021年10月收治的72例糖尿病患者及同期接受检查的70名健康体检者作为研究对象,分别作为观察组和对照组,进行胰岛素原、胰岛素检测,对比两组的胰岛素原/胰岛素比值,分析观察组治疗前后的胰岛素原/胰岛素比值变化情况。结果观察组的胰岛素原及胰岛素原/胰岛素比值显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组糖尿病患者治疗后的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)水平均显著降低,患者的胰岛素原及胰岛素原/胰岛素比值分别降低至(8.56±1.49)pmol/L及(0.61±0.32),胰岛素水平提升至(13.92±1.46)IU/mL。结论糖尿病的临床诊断和治疗过程中,通过对胰岛素原、胰岛素等指标的检测,根据胰岛素原/胰岛素比值,评估糖尿病的发生风险,判断疾病的进展情况,对于疾病的治疗评价具有重要的参考价值。Objective To explore the reference value of proinsulin/insulin ratio for clinical diagnosis and treatment of diabetes.Methods A total of 72 diabetic patients admitted to the hospital from May 2020 to October 2021 and 70 healthy people who underwent examination during the same period were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group for proinsulin and insulin detection,and the ratio of proinsulin to insulin was compared between the two groups.The change of proinsulin/islet ratio in the observation group before and after treatment was analyzed.Results The proinsulin and proinsulin/insulin ratio of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose(FPG)level and the 2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG)level of the diabetic patients in the observation group were significantly decreased after treatment,and the proinsulin and proinsulin/insulin ratio of the patients were decreased to(8.56±1.49)pmol/L and(0.61±0.32),insulin level increased to(13.92±1.46)IU/mL.Conclusion In the process of clinical diagnosis and treatment of diabetes,the detection of proinsulin,insulin and other indicators,the ratio of proinsulin/insulin,to assess the risk of diabetes,and to judge the progress of the disease have important reference value for the evaluation of disease treatment.
