自拟益气养阴化瘀汤在糖尿病并发心脑血管病变中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的研究糖尿病并发心脑血管病变患者服用益气养阴化瘀汤后所产生的效果。方法选取2019年5月—2021年6月该院50例糖尿病并发心脑血管病变患者,分为参照组和研究组,每组25例。参照组采用常规治疗措施进行治疗,研究组在参照组的基础上予以自拟益气养阴化瘀汤进行联合治疗。对比两组血糖指标(FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c)、血脂水平(TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C)、中医症候积分(心胸疼痛、头晕头痛、胸闷憋气、肢体麻木)、治疗效果以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,研究组FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c指标均较参照组低,TG、TC、LDL-C水平较参照组低,HDL-C水平较参照组高,心胸疼痛、头晕头痛、胸闷憋气、肢体麻木4项症候积分均较参照组降低明显,治疗有效率高于参照组,不良反应发生率少于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气养阴化瘀汤对于调节糖尿病并发心脑血管病变患者的血糖、血脂水平,缓解临床症状,预防心脑血管病变有重要的应用价值,且患者服药后不良反应少,保障了治疗的安全性,有良好的应用价值,推荐临床使用。Objective To study the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huayu Decoction in diabetic patients complicated with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Methods From May 2019 to June 2021,selection 50 patients with diabetes complicated with cardio cerebrovascular disease in the hospital were divided into the reference group and the study group,25 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with conventional treatment measures,and the study group was treated with self-made Yiqi Yangyin Huayu Decoction on the basis of the reference group for combined treatment.Comparison of blood glucose indicators(FPG,2 hPG,HbA1c),blood lipid levels(TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C),TCM symptom scores(cardio-thoracic pain,dizziness,headache,chest tightness and suffocation,limb numbness),treatment effects and adverse effects between the two groups reaction happens.Results After treatment,the indexes of FPG,2 hPG and HbA1c in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,the levels of TG,TC and LDL-C were lower than those in the reference group,and the level of HDL-C was higher than those in the reference group.The four symptom scores were significantly lower than those of the reference group.The effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the reference group;the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Yangyin Huayu Decoction has important application value in regulating blood glucose and blood lipid levels in patients with diabetes complicated with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,relieving clinical symptoms and preventing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.In addition,the patient has few adverse reactions after taking the drug,which ensures the safety of the treatment,and has good application value.It is recommended for clinical use.
