磷酸西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗初发2型糖尿病的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨磷酸西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗初发2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法随机选取2020年8月—2021年8月就诊于吉林省前卫医院的110例初发2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组55例。对照组单独应用二甲双胍,观察组采用磷酸西格列汀+二甲双胍,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗后,对照组FPG为(9.22±1.49)mmol/L,观察组为(7.03±1.06)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=8.882,P<0.05);对照组2 hPG为(13.21±4.12)mmol/L,观察组为(9.26±2.18)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=6.284,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的空腹胰岛素和胰岛素抵抗指数明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗有效率为98.18%,明显高于对照组的87.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论磷酸西格列汀联合二甲双胍可有效改善初发2型糖尿病的血糖情况,且具有较高的治疗有效率。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of sitagliptin phosphate combined with metformin in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 110 patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes who were treated in the Jilin Qianwei Hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were randomly selected as study objects.They were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was given metformin alone,and the observation group was given sitagliptin phosphate+metformin.The therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After treatment,the FPG in the control group was(9.22±1.49)mmol/L,and the observation group was(7.03±1.06)mmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.882,P<0.05);the 2 hPG in the control group was(13.21±4.12)mmol/L,and in the observation group was(9.26±2.18)mmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.284,P<0.05).After treatment,the fasting insulin and insulin resistance index of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment effective rate of patients in the observation group was 98.18%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group 87.27%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sitagliptin phosphate combined with metformin can effectively improve the blood glucose of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus,and has a high treatment efficiency.
