优质护理在糖尿病合并心肌梗死中的干预效果

摘　　要：目的研讨在糖尿病合并心肌梗死患者的临床护理工作中实施优质护理模式的效果。方法回顾性选取2020年4月—2021年9月该院46例糖尿病合并心肌梗死患者,随机分为两组,其中对照组22例给予常规护理,观察组24例实施优质护理,观察两组患者护理满意度、并发症发生率及护理前后血糖水平、睡眠质量改善情况。结果①观察组护理满意度各指标分值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②护理后观察组患者血糖各指标水平低于对照组,睡眠质量好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③观察组并发症发生率仅为4.1%,低于对照组的27.2%,两组数据对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病合并心肌梗死患者进行优质护理,可提高患者护理满意度、降低并发症发生率,改善血糖水平的同时提高患者睡眠质量。Objective To study the effect of implementing high-quality nursing model in the clinical nursing of patients with diabetes and myocardial infarction.Methods 46 patients with diabetes and myocardial infarction in the hospital from April 2020 to September 2021 were retrospectively selected.They were randomly divided into two grups.Among them,22 cases in the control group were given routine care,and 24 cases in the observation group were given high-quality care.The nursing satisfaction,the incidence of complications,and the improvement of blood glucose levels and sleep quality before and after nursing in the two groups were observed.Results 1.In the observation group,the scores of nursing satisfaction indicators were higher than the control groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After nursing,the patients in the observation group had lower levels of blood glucose indicators than the control group,and had better sleep quality than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The incidence of complications in the observation group was only 4.1%,lower than the control group 27.2%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing care for patients with diabetes and myocardial infarction can improve the nursing satisfaction of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,improve blood glucose levels and improve the sleep quality of patients.
