摘　　要：目的探析Orem护理干预应用在糖尿病视网膜病变疾病中对患者视功能的影响。方法选取2020年11月—2021年11月该院收治的糖尿病视网膜病变疾病患者106例为研究对象。按照随机抽签分组法分为两组,各53例。参比组应用基础护理干预,研究组应用Orem护理干预。分析两组患者护理后的视功能、生活质量、自理能力、护理满意度。结果研究组患者的视功能优于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的生活质量、自理能力优于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的护理满意度高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对糖尿病视网膜病变疾病患者进行护理干预时,使用Orem护理干预能够改善患者视功能,提升患者生活质量,增强患者自理能力,提高护理满意度,建议为研究疾病患者护理时应用。Objective To explore the effect of Orem nursing intervention on the visual function of patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods 106 patients with diabetic retinopathy who were admitted to the hospital from November 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups according to random drawing,53 cases in each group.The reference group included investigators applying basic nursing intervention,and the study group included investigators applying Orem nursing intervention.The visual function,quality of life,self-care ability and nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients after nursing were analyzed.Results The visual function of the study group was better than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life and self-care ability of patients in the study group were better than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When nursing intervention for patients with diabetic retinopathy,using Orem nursing intervention can improve the visual function of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,enhance the self-care ability of patients,and improve nursing satisfaction.It is recommended for use in the care of patients with research diseases.
