摘　　要：目的探讨移动互联网管理在糖尿病患者延续性护理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年2月—2020年5月该院收治的126例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组(予以常规护理)与观察组(基于移动互联网管理予以延续性护理),各63例。对比干预前后的FBG、2 hBG、HbA1c、SDSCA评分、平均血糖、日内平均血糖波动幅度及低血糖情况。结果干预前,两组的FBG、2 hBG、HbA1c、SDSCA评分、平均血糖、日内平均血糖波动幅度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后3个月,观察组的FBG、2 hBG、HbA1c、平均血糖、日内平均血糖波动幅度低于对照组,而SDSCA评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组低血糖发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论移动互联网管理用于糖尿病患者延续性护理中效果显著,能进一步提高患者血糖控制效果及遵医嘱行为,有利于减少血糖波动。Objective To explore the application effect of mobile Internet management in continuous nursing of diabetic patients.Methods A total of 126 diabetic patients admitted to the hospital from February 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(recieved routine care)and observation group(recieved continuous care based on mobile Internet management),with 63 cases in each.The FBG,2 hBG,HbA1c,SDSCA score,average blood glucose,intraday average blood glucose fluctuation range and hypoglycemia before and after the intervention were compared.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in FBG,2 hBG,HbA1c,SDSCA score,average blood glucose,and intraday average blood glucose fluctuation range between the two groups(P>0.05).3 months after the intervention,the FBG,2 hBG,HbA1c,average blood glucose,and intraday average blood glucose fluctuation range of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while the SDSCA score was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mobile Internet management has a significant effect in the continuous nursing of diabetic patients,which can further improve the blood glucose control effect of patients and the behavior of compliance with doctors'orders,which is conducive to reducing blood glucose fluctuations.
