摘　　要：能力验证是评价机动车检验检测机构技术能力的重要方法之一,本文针对机动车检验检测机构的特点,采用中位值法对其检验检测的结果进行处理和评判,列举了检验检测项目中的“空载最大行车制动力”的能力验证过程,阐述了中位值法在机动车检验检测机构能力验证中的应用。Capability verification is one of the important methods for evaluating the technical capabilities of motor vehicle inspection and testing institutions.According to the characteristics of motor vehicle inspection and testing institutions,this paper uses the median method to process and judge the results of its inspection and testing.The proficiency verification process of"no-load maximum braking force"in the inspection and testing items is listed,and the application of the median method in the capability verification of motor vehicle inspection and testing institutions is expounded.
