摘 要:川东北气田气井生产动态表明,井筒积液和地层供给能力有关,是地层供给与井筒流动压力损耗的有效耦合。产气量较低的产水气井,气相流速降低,井筒持液率增大,当地层压力较低时,持液率上升将导致流量进一步下降,持液率进一步上升,表现出油压连续下降、井筒积液、水淹停产;当地层压力足够高时,气相流速低、持液率高,气井能连续稳定生产,井筒不积液。气井不存在与地层压力、产层深度、水气比无关的临界携液流量。Production performance of Chuandongbei gas field shows unloading liquid in a wellbore is related to the layer’s supply capacity,which is effectively coupled with the flowing pressure lost in the wellbore.For those under-performed wells,a lower flow rate triggers a higher liquid holdup.If lacking sufficient pressure to prevent the liquid from loading up leads to a decrease of flow-in rate,causing an even higher liquid holdup in the wellbore.This vicious circle keeps the well from production due to the dropping wellhead pressure and raising liquid.On the contrary,sufficient presure is provided by the layer,the liquid level would not be expected to raise in the wellbore.Without considering the layer’s pressure,depth and the water-gas ratio,the critical-rate theory fails to identify the liquid loading-up in a gas well.
