摘  要:在自动焊接机器人系统中,激光焊接单元通过监视用的红外测温模块测得焊接位置的实际温度,并将该温度值反馈到计算机中的PID控制系统中,实时调节控制激光功率的输出,保证锡膏在理论温度点熔化,得到良好的焊接引脚。在出厂验收过程中,发现锡膏熔融状态异常,在理论熔点并未熔化。本文针对这一问题,开展了一系列的测试研究,最终通过试验保证红外测温仪的测温准确性,并测出锡膏熔化状态下的发射率值,对红外测温模块的发射率进行调整,使激光自动焊接系统能正常工作。In the automatic welding robot system,the laser welding unit measures the actual temperature of the welding position through the infrared temperature measurement module for monitoring,and feeds the temperature value to the PID control system in the computer to adjust and control the output of the laser power in real time to ensure that the solder paste melts at the theoretical temperature,resulting in good soldered pins.During the factory acceptance process,it was found that the molten state of the solder paste was abnormal and did not melt at the theoretical melting point.In view of this problem,this paper carried out a series of test researches,and finally ensured the temperature measurement accuracy of the infrared thermometer through experiments,and measured the emissivity value of the molten solder paste.Adjustments are made to ensure the normal operation of the laser automatic welding system.
