摘  要:通过饲喂法和解剖方法,研究了亚致死剂量(LC_(10))阿维菌素和丁硫克百威对柑橘大实蝇[Bactrocera minax(Enderlein)]雌、雄虫存活率、雌成虫卵巢等级以及42日龄雌成虫的腹部指数、卵巢指数和卵粒长度的影响。结果表明,LC_(10)阿维菌素和LC_(10)丁硫克百威处理后的柑橘大实蝇雌虫平均存活率分别极显著低于其雄成虫平均存活率5.00个百分点和5.30个百分点。与正常对照组(CK)相比,LC_(10)阿维菌素和LC_(10)丁硫克百威处理后,柑橘大实蝇雌、雄虫的平均存活率分别极显著降低了12.52个百分点和14.16个百分点、8.06个百分点和9.40个百分点。LC_(10)阿维菌素处理后的柑橘大实蝇雌、雄虫平均存活率均极显著低于LC_(10)丁硫克百威处理后的柑橘大实蝇雌、雄虫平均存活率。在正常饲养、LC_(10)阿维菌素处理后饲养和LC_(10)丁硫克百威处理后饲养36 d后收回的柑橘大实蝇活雌虫(42日龄)中,其卵巢均达到4级和5级,其比例分别为66.67%和33.33%、45.45%和54.55%、92.86%和7.14%;但在其腹部指数之间、在其卵巢指数之间以及在其卵粒长度之间均无显著差异。亚致死剂量的阿维菌素和丁硫克百威降低了柑橘大实蝇成虫的存活率,对柑橘大实蝇雌成虫的性成熟分别起到刺激和抑制作用。The potential impact of sublethal doses(LC_(10))abamectin and carbosulfan on the survival rate of adult females and males of Bactrocera minax(Enderlein),the ovarian development of adult females,the abdominal index,ovarian index,egg length of 42 days old living females were studied with the rearing methods and the anatomical methods.The results showed that the average survival rate of adult females treated with LC_(10) abamectin and with LC_(10) carbosulfan was highly significantly lower than that of adult males by 5.00 percent and 5.30 percent,respectively.Compared with the untreated group(CK),the average survival rate of adult females and males treated with LC_(10) abamectin and LC_(10) carbosulfan were highly significantly reduced by 12.52 percent and 14.16 percent,8.06 percent and 9.40 percent,respectively.The average survival rate of adult females and males treated with LC_(10) abamectin was highly significantly lower than those treated with LC_(10) carbosulfan.For all the three rearing treatments(normal rearing,LC_(10) abamectin rearing,and LC_(10) carbosulfan rearing),the ovarian development of 42 days old living females reared after 36 days all reached Grade 4 or Grade 5.The proportion of Grade 4 and Grade 5 were 66.67%and 33.33%of those with normal rearing,45.45%and 54.55%of those with LC_(10) abamectin rearing,92.86%and 7.14%of those with LC_(10) carbosulfan,respectively,however,there was no significant difference among the abdominal index,among the ovarian index,and among the egg length.Sublethal doses of abamectin and carbosulfan re⁃duced the survival rate of adults of Bactrocera minax,which stimulated and inhibited the sexual maturation of female adults of Bactrocera minax,respectively.
