民间组织参与基层治理法治化问题研究

摘　　要：在推动基层治理法治化的大背景下,民间组织参与基层治理的效用愈加突出。目前,民间组织参与基层治理法治化面临发展方向模糊、缺乏合理的内部管理机制及稳定的资源支持等问题。基于民间组织参与基层治理法治化情况及困境分析,提出了建立良好的制度环境,明确发展地位、探索发展方向,增强自身能力、强化内部管理,深化本地参与、注重品牌建设的实现路径。Under the background of promoting the legalization of grass-roots governance,the effectiveness of non-governmental orga⁃nizations participating in grass-roots governance becomes more and more prominent.At present,the participation of non-governmen⁃tal organizations in the rule of law in grass-roots governance faces the problems of vague development direction,and the lack of reason⁃able internal management mechanism and stable resources support.Based on the analysis of the situation and difficulties of non-gov⁃ernmental organizations participating in the legalization of grass-roots governance,this study put forward the realization path of estab⁃lishing a good institutional environment,clarifying the development status,exploring the development direction,enhancing their own ability,strengthening internal management,deepening local participation and paying attention to brand construction.
