摘  要:近年来,中频感应电炉因其清洁环保、稳定高效、成分可控等优势,从各大熔炼炉中脱颖而出,现已逐步成为我国铸造行业普遍采用的关键熔炼设备。而中频感应电炉结构的选择,一定程度上决定了产品质量、熔炼电耗和熔炼成本等。浅要分析了中频感应电炉结构选择方案,以及针对感应电炉的结构及感应熔炼工艺指出几条节电途径。In recent years, the intermediate frequency induction furnace has been extracted from the major melting furnaces due to its advantages of energy saving, environmental protection, stability and high efficiency, and controllable components.It has gradually become the key melting equipment commonly used in my country’s foundry industry.The choice of the structure of the intermediate frequency induction furnace determines the product quality, smelting power consumption and smelting cost to a certain extent.The structure selection scheme of the intermediate frequency induction furnace is briefly analyzed, and points out several ways to save electricity according to the structure of the induction furnace and the induction melting process.
