摘 要:炭黑生产过程中副产的炭黑尾气具有低热值,高水分特点,在燃烧利用过程中存在污染物排放超标问题。研究基于商业仿真软件平台,耦合高精度湍流模型、小火焰面燃烧模型对尾气燃烧炉不同二次风旋向和旋流角度的运行工况进行数值模拟,开展污染物排放特性研究,探索尾气炉低污染燃烧模式。模拟结果表明:适当降低二次风旋流角可以降低污染物排放;一次风与二次风旋流方向为反向时可降低污染物排放。研究结果为炭黑尾气燃烧设备的运行和改造提供了参考依据。The carbon black tail gas was produced as a by-product of the carbon black production process, characterized by low calorific value and high moisture content.In the combustion and utilization process, there are problems of excessive pollutant emissions.In this study, based on commercial simulation software platform, coupled with a high-precision turbulence model and a flamelet combustion model, the operating conditions of the tail gas combustion furnace with different secondary air swirling directions and swirling angles were simulated.The research of pollutant emission characteristics and the low-pollution combustion mode of the tail gas furnace were carried out.The simulation results show that a proper reduction of the swirling angle of the secondary air can reduce pollutant emissions, and the emission of pollutants can be reduced when the primary and secondary air swirling directions are reversed.The results of this study provide a reference for the operation and modification of tail gas combustion equipment.
