摘　　要：文章基于中国“富煤、贫油、少气”的能源现状,分析了现代煤化工产业的发展趋势,以及对国家能源结构调整和经济发展的重要意义。指出现代煤化工企业生产调度管理的重要性,提出如何从调度管理入手,有效保证企业生产活动的顺利进行,并对如何提升调度管理及生产运行优化水平提出一些建设性意见。Based on the energy status of “rich coal, poor oil, and less gas” in our country, the development trend of the modern coal chemical industry and its significance to the adjustment of my country’s energy structure and economic development were analyzed in this article. It pointed out the importance of production scheduling management of modern coal chemical enterprises. Put forward how to start with dispatch management to effectively ensure the smooth progress of enterprise production activities, and put forward some constructive suggestions on how to improve dispatch management and optimization of production and operation.
