摘　　要：为了科学有效地对石油化工项目监理单位质量管理能力进行评估,建立了监理质量管理能力评估指标体系,构建了层次分析法、熵权法和两者相结合的组合权重分析方法和理论,通过结合模糊评估理论确立了综合评估模型,并通过实际案例分析,验证了综合评估方法的科学有效性。结果表明,层次分析法、熵权法和模糊理论融合建立的综合评估方法可以为石油化工项目监理质量管理能力评估提供科学有效的参考。In order to improve the scientific and effective evaluation of the quality management ability of petrochemical project supervision units, the evaluation index system of supervision quality management ability is established, the analytic hierarchy process, entropy weight method and the combined weight analysis method and theory of the two are constructed, the comprehensive evaluation model is established by combining the fuzzy evaluation theory, and the scientific effectiveness of the comprehensive evaluation method is verified by the actual case analysis. The results show that the comprehensive evaluation method established by the integration of analytic hierarchy process, entropy weight method and fuzzy theory can provide a perfect, scientific and effective reference for the evaluation of petrochemical project supervision quality management ability.
