摘 要:传统修井作业对井口及井场形成一定的污染,作业安全风险高,员工劳动强度大,机械化程度低。针对这一状况,研制了一体化清洁修井作业系统,与常规修井作业相比具有显著的综合效益,改变了“先污染后治理”解决环保问题的局限,大幅度减少了含油污泥和沾油防渗布的产生量,改善了员工作业环境,产生了很好的环境效益;很大程度提高了修井作业的安全性,井口操作安全风险大幅降低,提升了本质安全性能,产生了较好的安全效益;实现了环保与修井作业的有机融合,机械化、自动化程度高,减少了用工人数,降低了员工劳动强度,提高了作业效率,产生了较好的劳动效益;与采用防渗膜(布)相比,大幅降低环保防护费及生产运行费,具有较好的经济效益。Traditional workover operations cause certain pollution to the wellhead and well site, with high safety risks, high labor intensity for employees, and low degree of mechanization. An integrated clean workover operation system has been developed,which has significant comprehensive benefits compared with conventional workover operations: the limitation of “pollution and then treatment” to solve environmental problems has been changed, the production of oily sludge and oil-stained anti-seepage cloth has been greatly reduced, the working environment of employees has been improved, and good environmental benefits have been produced. The safety of workover operations is greatly improved, the safety risks of wellhead operations are greatly reduced, the intrinsic safety performance is improved, and better safety benefits are produced;the organic integration of environmental protection and workover operations is realized, with a high degree of mechanization and automation, reduces labor, reduces the labor intensity of employees,improves operation efficiency, and produces better labor benefits. Compared with the use of anti-seepage membrane(cloth), it greatly reduces environmental protection costs and production and operation costs, and has better economic benefits.
