摘　　要：文章介绍了某海上石油平台存在适度出砂工况,其污水系统第一级处理设备斜板除油器逐年老化,本身亦存在设计缺陷,已无法满足污水处理需求。为了提高斜板除油器处理效果,平台人员对斜板除油器设备结构和流程进行改造优化,最终将斜板出口含油率由450 mg/L降至150 mg/L,成功实现了水质提升,保证了污水系统的稳定。There is moderate sand production on an offshore oil platform, the inclined plate oil remover of the first stage treatment equipment of its sewage system is aging year by year, and it has its own design defect, which cannot meet the sewage treatment demand. In order to improve the treatment effect of inclined plate oil remover, the platform personnel optimized the structure and flow of inclined plate oil remover, and finally reduced the oil content at the inclined plate outlet from 450 mg/L to 150 mg/L, to ensure the stability of the sewage system.
