摘　　要：网络主播从事色情犯罪活动的现象越来越突出。推动网络主播从事色情犯罪的因素主要包括色情直播具有的高收益回报和AV亚文化的影响。近年来,我国色情直播犯罪在一定程度上得到了遏制,但产生色情直播犯罪的土壤仍然存在。色情直播平台的准入门槛太低,直播监管的难度大于传统网络视频监管的难度。要有效治理色情直播犯罪活动,应当规范直播行业的管理制度,创新直播平台的监管手段,加大色情直播犯罪的打击力度,对民众加强法律宣传,健全色情直播的举报制度。The phenomenon of network anchor engaging in pornographic criminal activities is becoming more and more prominent.The factors that promote the network anchor to engage in pornographic crime mainly include the high return of pornographic live broadcast and the influence of AV subculture.In recent years,China’s pornographic live broadcast crime has been curbed to a certain extent,but the soil for pornographic live broadcast crime still exists.The access threshold of pornographic live broadcasting platform is too low,and the difficulty of live broadcasting supervision is greater than that of traditional online video supervision.To effectively control pornographic live broadcasting criminal activities,we should standardize the management system of the live broadcasting industry,innovate the supervision means of the live broadcasting platform,strengthen the crackdown on pornographic live broadcasting crimes,strengthen legal publicity to the public,and improve the reporting system of pornographic live broadcasting.
