摘  要:在新工科建设成为高校工程教育发展战略的背景下,传统的工科材料—复合材料专业人才培养也需进行转型。从地方高校人才培养现状出发,对安徽理工大学复合材料专业人才培养进行探讨,建立研究型人才、技术型人才和创业型人才的多元化人才培养模式。在人才培养多元化为主导的前提下,注重学生的道德品质发展,摆脱简单的专业知识传授,鼓励和激发学生的个人潜能。在提高学生专业素质的同时,兼顾能力素质和道德素质,从而造就出社会需求的高素质多元化人才。The traditional composite materials need to be transformed within the new context as the construction of new engineering has become the development strategy of engineering education in colleges and universities. Starting from the current situation of talent training in local colleges and universities,this paper discusses the talent training mode of composite specialty in Anhui University of Science and Technology. The diversified personnel training programme of cultivating scientific,technical and entrepreneurial talents was developed The diversified personnel training should emphasize the moral development of students,deny simple teaching of professional knowledge,encourage and stimulate personal potentials. The ability quality and moral quality should be paid attention to while improving professional quality. Thus high-quality diversified talents required for the society demands would be nurtured.
