摘  要:目的研究对脑出血术后患者采用气压治疗联合踝泵运动方式治疗的临床疗效。方法2020年9月至2021年9月,南昌大学第一附属医院行脑出血(即ICH)手术的患者作为研究目标,共120例,利用随机数字表方式分组,对照组应用常态化护理,研究组应用间歇性充气加压泵与踝泵运动护理。观察患者生活质量、下肢、血流动力学、下肢深静脉血栓发生比率、凝血系统功能、血液流变学、下肢维度。结果两组各项数据比较,研究组与对照组数据有差异(P<0.05)。结论间歇性充气加压泵与踝泵运动同用,可降低脑出血患者下肢深静脉血栓患病率,值得推广。Objective Clinical efficacy of pneumatic therapy combined with ankle pump movement in patients after cerebral hemorrhage.Methods From September 2020 to September 2021,patients undergoing cerebral hemorrhage(ICH)surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University were the research target,and a total of 120 patients were grouped by random digital table,the control group applied normal nursing,and the research group applied intermittent inflatable pressure pump and ankle pump exercise nursing.Quality of life,lower limbs,hemodynamics,lower limb deep vein thrombosis ratio,coagulation system function,blood rheology,and lower limb dimensions were observed.Results Different data between the two groups and study and control groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The intermittent inflatable pressure pump and the ankle pump exercise can reduce the prevalence of lower limb deep vein thrombosis in patients with cerebral hemorrhage,which is worth popularizing.
