摘  要:基于SiPM的优良性能和特征,以SiPM和硫化锌闪烁瓶组合探测方式设计探测器。该探测器包括前端信号探测与采集电路和温度控制系统。信号探测与采集电路以交流耦合方式设计前置放大电路,经单道脉冲幅值甄别电路输出计数脉冲用于放射性含量计算。温度控制系统依据分布式测温模块反馈结果,配合模糊PID算法调节半导体制冷器输出功率,实现探测器实时温度调控。实验结果表明,在温度控制系统作用下,当环境温度为40℃时探测器的探测效率由80%提升至94%,其稳定工作的动态温度范围由(-15~30)℃扩展到(-15~40)℃,基本满足野外实际环境的应用需求。Based on the excellent performance and characteristics of SiPM,a detector was designed with the combined detection method of SiPM and ZnS(Ag)scintillation flask.The detector includes signal detection and acquisition circuit and temperature control system.As for the signal detection and acquisition circuit,the preamplifier circuit was designed by AC coupling method,and the count pulse is output through the single-channel pulse amplitude discrimination circuit for radioactive content calculation.The temperature control system adjusts the output power of the semiconductor cooler based on the feedback value of the distributed temperature measurement module with the fuzzy PID algorithm to realize the real-time temperature control of the detector.The experimental results showed that when the ambient temperature was 40°C,the detection efficiency of the detector was increased from 80%to 94%under the action of the temperature control system.The dynamic temperature range of its stable operation was extended from(-15~30)℃to(-15~40)℃.Therefore,the detector can basically meet the application requirements in the field environment.
