摘  要:混凝土材料的宏观力学行为及尺寸效应受细观组分控制,为研究骨料粒径对混凝土劈裂抗拉力学性能及尺寸效应的影响机理,开展骨料最大粒径10、20、30、40mm,边长150、250、350mm,36个立方体试件劈裂抗拉试验,并采用Weibull统计尺寸效应理论进行验证分析。研究结果表明:随着骨料粒径的增大,劈裂破坏路径越为曲折;混凝土劈裂抗拉强度尺寸效应受骨料粒径影响,小骨料试件的尺寸效应更显著;尺寸效应试验结果与Weibull统计尺寸效应理论相吻合,骨料最大粒径10、20、30、40mm的混凝土劈裂抗拉强度尺寸效应对应的临界边长分别为332、287、270、262mm。The macro mechanical properties and size effect of concrete are affected by mesoscopic components.In order to study the influence mechanism of aggregate particle size on the tensile mechanical properties and size effect of concrete splitting,the splitting tensile test of 36 cube specimens with maximum aggregate particle size of 10,20,30,and 40 mm and side lengths of 150,250,and 350 mm was carried out.Weibull size effect law was adopted to analyze the test data.The results show that the splitting failure path becomes more tortuous with the increase of aggregate size.The size effect of concrete splitting tensile strength is affected by aggregates size,and the size effect of small aggregate specimens is more significant.The size effect test data were fit well with the Weibull size effect law.The critical side lengths corresponding to the size effect of the concrete splitting tensile strength with a maximum aggregate particle size of 10,20,30,and 40 mm are 332,287,270,and 262 mm,respectively.
