摘  要:机箱是保障电子元器件安全稳定运行的主要辅助设施,同时直接影响着电子设备使用寿命、工作效率。我国出现多种类型的普通机箱,有效地满足传统功能性标准规定,呈现专业系统化的设计思路,更加符合现代化机箱要求。机箱普遍依据相关经验和试验结果进行设计,研发周期相对较长,成本较高。分析基于钣金工艺综合模块化机箱的结构设计,从机箱总布局、散热、电磁兼容性等多个方面进行合理设计,提高设计方案的有效性。在机箱结构设计过程中,合理采用钣金工艺,保证结构性能符合相关环境适应性的要求,同时全面提升机箱结构设计模块的互换性、通用性和标准性。设计人员在实际工作中,结合机箱结构设计实际情况和需求,应用合理规范的接地、搭接和屏蔽等方法设计机箱设备和各个模块,保证系统符合电磁屏蔽的具体要求。Chassis is the main auxiliary facility to ensure the safe and stable operation of electronic components. At the same time,it directly affects the service life and work efficiency of electronic equipment. There are many types of ordinary chassis in China,which can effectively meet the provisions of traditional functional standards,present professional and systematic design ideas,and more meet the requirements of modern chassis. The chassis is generally designed based on relevant experience and test results,with a relatively long R & D cycle and high cost. This paper analyzes the structural design of the integrated modular chassis based on the sheet metal process,and makes a reasonable design from the general layout,heat dissipation,electromagnetic compatibility and other aspects of the chassis,so as to improve the effectiveness of the design scheme. In the process of chassis structure design,the sheet metal process is reasonably adopted to ensure that the structural performance meets the requirements of relevant environmental adaptability,and comprehensively improve the interchangeability,universality and standardization of chassis structure design modules. In the actual work,combined with the actual situation and requirements of the chassis structure design,the designers apply reasonable and standardized grounding,lapping and shielding methods to design the chassis equipment and each module to ensure that the system meets the specific requirements of electromagnetic shielding.
