微策NB-loT 5G血糖仪联合慧健康APP对糖尿病门诊患者自我管理及血糖控制的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探究糖尿病患者在接受护理时选择微策NB-loT 5G血糖仪联合慧健康APP护理干预的效果,分析其临床可用价值。方法选取该院2020年1月—2021年3月80例糖尿病门诊患者为研究对象,分为两组,每组40例。对照组患者选择常规护理方案,研究组患者采用微策NB-loT 5G血糖仪联合慧健康APP护理干预,对比两组患者的血糖情况及并发症。结果研究组患者的FPG、2 hPG相较于对照组明显更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对糖尿病患者进行微策NB-loT 5G血糖仪联合慧健康APP护理干预,有助于控制患者的血糖值,并在一定程度上降低患者的并发症发生率。Objective To explore the effect of Weise NB-loT 5G blood glucose meter combined with Smart Health APP nursing intervention for diabetic patients when receiving nursing care and analyze its clinical value.Methods A total of 80 diabetes outpatients in this hospital from January 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group chose the routine nursing program,while the patients in the study group were treated with Weise NB-loT 5G blood glucose meter combined with the smart health APP nursing intervention.The complications of the two groups were compared.Results FPG,2 hPG of the patients in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Through micro-strategy NB-loT 5G blood glucose meter combined with smart health APP nursing intervention for diabetic patients,it can help control the blood glucose level of patients,and reduce the incidence of complications in patients to a certain extent.
