手术室护理在合并糖尿病患者术后切口感染预防中的运用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨对合并糖尿病手术患者给予手术室护理干预后的术后切口感染预防效果。方法选取2018年1月—2020年12月该院收治的84例合并糖尿病手术患者进行护理研究;随机分为常规组(给予常规围术期护理干预)和研究组(给予围术期手术室护理干预),各42例;比较两组患者护理满意度评分(护理舒适度评分、环境评分、护理态度评分、护理专业性评分),术后切口感染、呼吸系统感染及皮肤黏膜感染发生率及护理质量评分(护理效果、护理细致性、专业技术、护理针对性)。结果研究组护理舒适度评分(91.15±5.13)分、环境评分(92.23±4.15)分、护理态度评分(92.27±5.17)分、护理专业性评分(92.63±5.13)分均高于常规组护理舒适度评分(80.23±4.19)分、环境评分(81.25±4.29)分、护理态度评分(81.37±4.17)分、护理专业性评分(81.59±4.25)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后切口感染发生率(2.38%)、呼吸系统感染发生率(2.38%)及皮肤黏膜感染发生率(0.00%)均低于常规组(19.05%、19.05%、16.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理效果(90.29±4.15)分、护理细致性(91.31±5.29)分、专业技术(91.17±4.09)分、护理针对性(90.83±5.13)分均高于常规的(80.22±3.21)分、(79.63±5.32)分、(81.25±1.25)分、(80.99±5.28)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理方式有效应用后,能显著提高患者护理满意度,有效降低术后切口感染、呼吸系统感染及皮肤黏膜感染发生率,使护理质量获得显著提升,改善合并糖尿病手术患者总体预后。Objective To investigate the preventive effect of postoperative incision infection in operating room after operation room nursing intervention for patients with diabetes.Methods A total of 84 patients with diabetes surgery who were admitted from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected for nursing research.They were randomly divided into routine group(given routine perioperative nursing intervention)and study group(given perioperative operating room nursing intervention),with 42 cases in each.The nursing satisfaction scores(nursing comfort score,environment score,nursing attitude score,nursing professional score),postoperative incision infection,respiratory system infection and skin and mucous membrane infection incidence rate,nursing quality score(nursing effect,nursing meticulousness,professional technology,nursing pertinence)were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing comfort score(91.15±5.13)points,the environment score(92.23±4.15)points,the nursing attitude score(92.27±5.17)points and the nursing professional score(92.63±5.13)points in the study group were all higher than those in the routine group,of the nursing comfort score was(80.23±4.19)points,the environment score was(81.25±4.29)points,the nursing attitude score was(81.37±4.17)points and the nursing professional score was(81.59±4.25)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative incision infection(2.38%),respiratory system infection(2.38%)and skin and mucous membrane infection(0.00%)in the study group were lower than that in the routine group 19.05%,19.05%,16.67%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing effect(90.29±4.15)points,nursing meticulousness(91.31±5.29)points,professional technology(91.17±4.09)points and nursing pertinence(90.83±5.13)points in the study group were all higher than(80.22±3.21)points,(79.63±5.32)points,(81.25±1.25)points and study(80.99±5.28)points in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion
