针刺华佗夹脊穴联合电针治疗纤维肌痛综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺华佗夹脊穴联合电针治疗纤维肌痛综合征患者的临床疗效。方法将2019年12月—2020年12月在黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院针灸一科门诊就诊的82例纤维肌痛综合征患者随机分成针刺组和药物组各41例。针刺组采用针刺华佗夹脊穴联合电针法治疗,药物组给予普瑞巴林口服,2组均治疗28 d。观察2组治疗前后疼痛VAS评分、匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-24)评分及血清促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、皮质醇水平变化,评定2组疼痛症状疗效。结果治疗结束后,2组VAS评分、PSQI评分、HAMD-24评分及血清ACTH、皮质醇水平均明显低于治疗前(P均<0.05),且针刺组各指标均明显低于药物组(P均<0.05)。治疗结束后,针刺组、药物组疼痛症状总有效率分别为90.2%(37/41)和68.3%(28/41),针刺组明显高于药物组(P<0.05)。结论针刺华佗夹脊穴联合电针治疗纤维肌痛综合征临床疗效显著。Objective It is to explore the clinical curative effect of acupuncture at Huatuo Jiaji acupoints(EX-B2)combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of fibromyalgia syndrome(FMS).Methods Eighty-two patients with FMS who visited the first acupuncture department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into acupuncture group and medicine group,41 cases in each group.The acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture at EX-B2 combined with electroacupuncture,the medicine group was treated with pregabalin capsules by oral administration.Both groups were treated for 28 days.The changes in the scores of pain visual analogue scale(VAS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-24),and the levels of serum adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH)and cortisol were observed before and after treatment in the two groups,the curative effect of pain symptom of the two groups were assessed.Results After the treatment,the VAS score,PSQI score,HAMD-24 score,and the levels of serum ACTH and cortisol in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(all P<0.05),and each index in the acupuncture group was significantly lower than that in the medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rates of pain symptoms in the acupuncture group and the medicine group were 91.7%(22/24)and 66.7%(16/24),respectively,and the acupuncture group was significantly higher than the medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture at Huatuo Jiaji acupoint combined with electroacupuncture has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of fibromyalgia syndrome.
