摘  要:中国传统医德文化的核心是“仁爱救人”,与现代医学提倡的“以患者为中心”的医学伦理精神相贯通。但目前的临床药师规范化培训,各培训基地往往着重于药物专业知识的培训和临床用药实践技能的培养,医学人文教育和医患沟通技能的教学较少涉及。疼痛学科的宗旨是尽最大努力减轻患者的痛苦。本文阐述疼痛患者的心理特征,结合疼痛专业临床药师培训师资团队建设,探索融合医德教育的临床药师培养模式和教学方法,为加强培训基地医德文化建设,培养“除人类之病痛,助健康之完美”的优秀临床药师出谋划策。The key of Chinese traditional medical ethics culture is“benevolence and saving people”,which is connected with the“patient-centered”medical ethics spirit advocated by modern medicine.However,in the current standardized training of clinical pharmacists,the training in various bases is more likely to focus on the drug professional knowledge and the clinical medication practice skills,while the teaching of medical humanistic education and doctor-patient communication skills is rarely involved.The purpose of pain specialty is to do our best to alleviate the suffering of the patient.This article explains the psychological characteristics of patients with pain and explores the training mode and teaching method of clinical pharmacists integrated with medical ethics education by considering the construction of the faculty team of pain specialty,so as to strengthen the construction of medical ethics culture in the training base and make a contribution to the cultivation of excellent clinical pharmacists who“Remove the pain of human beings and help the perfection of health”.
