摘　　要：新时代,我国明确提出要“加快药学服务转型,提供高质量药学服务”和“积极推进‘互联网+药学服务’健康发展”。在此背景下,静脉药物集中配置、麻醉药品和精神药品的药事管理,以及“互联网+药学服务”成为医疗机构药事管理和药学服务中需重点关注的3项工作。然而,药师在进行这3项工作时,都面临一定的法律风险。本文就其中需重点关注的法律风险点作一讨论。In the new era,our country has clearly proposed“accelerating the transformation of pharmaceutical services and providing high-quality pharmaceutical services”and“actively promoting the healthy development of‘the internet+pharmaceutical services’”.In this background,pharmacy intravenous admixture,pharmacy management of narcotic and psychotropic drugs and“internet+pharmaceutical service”have become the three work that medical institutions focus on in pharmacy administration and pharmaceutical service.However,in actual work,no matter what type of pharmacy services pharmacists provide,there are certain legal risks.Herein,this article discusses the possible legal risks that attention should be paid to.
