摘　　要：李斌教授认为,血燥证是银屑病退行期的重要证型,其基本病机为血热阳浮,血亏化燥,治疗上将凉血潜阳法与柔肝养血、滋阴敛阳法并举,临证基本方由外科六号方加乌梅、南沙参、生地、白芍和麦冬制成。李斌教授善从肝论治,巧用归芍、乌梅五味之对。本文介绍李斌教授治疗银屑病血燥证谴方用药之经验,以飨同道。Blood dryness is considered as the kernel syndrome in the extinction stage of psoriasis vulgaris based the medication experience of professor LI Bin and its basic pathogenesis is blood heat and Yang floating and blood deficiency and dryness.The promoting and removing blood stasis and cooling blood and latent Yang treatment are combined with enriching liver and blood and nourishing Yin and limiting Yang.Surgical No.6 formula modified with Prunus mume,Adenophprae Ae Radix,Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata,Paeoniae Radix Alba,and Ophiopogon japonicus is selected as the basic formula.In particular,professor LI Bin attaches importance to the treatise on the disease of the skin from liver,and is ingenious about using the pairs of Angelicae Sinensis Radix and Paeoniae Radix Alba,as well as Prunus mume and Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus.Professor LI Bin’s clinical expertise in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with blood dryness syndrome is introduced in this paper for peer sharing.
