简易双下肢平衡负重监控仪对偏瘫患者姿势控制的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨脑卒中后偏瘫患者在简易双下肢平衡负重监控仪辅助下进行双下肢平衡负重训练对姿势控制能力的影响。方法:将95例患者随机分组分为对照组(n=48)和试验组(n=47)。试验组在简易双下肢平衡负重监控仪辅助下进行主动站立训练,对照组仅进行主动站立训练,两组均结合常规康复方案。治疗前、治疗第4周和第8周采用脑卒中患者姿势控制量表(PASS)、重心移动轨迹总长度(PL)及重心移动总面积(CA)进行功能评定。结果:治疗8周后试验组PASS、PL及CA均较对照组有明显变化(均P<0.05)。结论:使用简易双下肢平衡负重监控仪进行静态站立训练可明显改善脑卒中后偏瘫患者姿势控制能力,未来可以作为脑卒中偏瘫患者主动站立训练的辅助康复器材。Objective:To investigate the effect of balance weight training of lower limbs on postural control ability in patients with post-stroke hemiplegia assisted by foot-pad balance meter.Methods:Ninety-five patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a control group(n=48)and an experimental group(n=47).The experimental group received active standing training assisted by foot-pad balance meter,while the control group received only active standing training,and both groups underwent conventional rehabilitation.Postural assessment scale for stroke patients(PASS),path Length(PL)and covered area(CA)were used for functional assessment before treatment,at 4 and 8 weeks after treatment.Results:PASS,PL and CA in the experimental group were significantly changed compared with those in the control group 8 weeks after treatment(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Static standing training with simple balance weight monitor can significantly improve postural control ability of patients with hemiplegia after stroke.In the future,it can be used as an auxiliary rehabilitation equipment for active standing training of stroke patients with hemiplegia.
