摘　　要：互联网医院药品配送最常采用的单点集中配送模式,平时效率较高,但在2022年春夏多城市新冠肺炎疫情期间,互联网医院药品配送因封控导致的交通物流中止而停滞。建立依托连锁零售药房的区域化、网格化的药品配送模式,每个药品供应网点负责周边居民的药品调配、配送工作,避免了集中配送模式下单点交通中断而致全面停滞的现象,从而全面保障居民在防控等应急情况期间的就医配药需求。The most commonly used single point centralized distribution mode for drug distribution in internet hospitals is usually efficient.However,during the COVID-19 epidemic in many Chinese cities in spring and summer of 2022,the drug distribution in internet hospitals stagnated due to the suspension of traffic and logistics caused by the lockdown.The overall stagnation caused by the traffic interruption at a single point under the centralized distribution mode can be avoided by establishing a regional and grid drug distribution mode relying on chain retail pharmacies and that each drug supply network is responsible for the drug allocation and distribution to surrounding residents.In this way,the residents’demand for medical treatment and dispensing during emergencies such as prevention and control of the epidemic can be fully ensured.
