摘 要:结合GB150《压力容器》中顶盖封头厚度计算公式与小挠度薄板理论,分析了影响高压容器顶盖封头强度的因素。针对依据标准设计的大直径容器的顶盖封头厚度与工程实际有较大差异的问题,提出了顶盖封头厚度的修正计算方法。通过现场数据验证了修正后顶盖封头厚度计算公式的正确性,为大型高压容器的可靠性设计提供了有益参考。In this paper,combined with the calculation formula of the head cover thickness in GB150 and the small deflection thin plate theory,the relevant factors affecting the strength of the top cover of the high pressure vessel are analyzed.Aiming at the problem that the reference value of the cap head thickness of the designed large vessel diameter is quite different from the actual engineering design according to the standard,a correction calculation method of the cap head thickness is proposed.In addition,the correctness of the revised head thickness formula is verified through field data,which provides a certain theoretical basis for the reliability design of the large-scale development of high-pressure vessels.
