摘  要:为研究斜孔尖角电化学倒圆中相关因素对圆角成形的影响规律,采用中性盐溶液代替酸性溶液作为电解液,以孔径为0.7 mm的60°斜孔样板作为研究对象进行了电化学倒圆实验。结果表明,电极裸露长度和电极下降位置对斜孔内表面圆角成形有重要的影响。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)图像对比,发现电极裸露长度和电极下降位置的差值为3.8~4.2 mm时可实现稳定倒圆角。In order to study the influence of related factors in the electrochemical rounding of oblique hole sharp corners on the forming of fillets,neutral salt solution is used instead of acidic solution as electrolyte,and a 60°oblique hole sample with a diameter of 0.7 mm is used as the research object.Chemical rounding experiment.The results show that the exposed length of the electrode and the drop position of the electrode have an important influence on the formation of the fillet on the inner surface of the inclined hole.Through scanning electron microscope(SEM)image comparison,it is found that stable rounding can be achieved when the difference between the bare and exposed length of the electrode and the drop position of the electrode is 3.8~4.2 mm.
