摘 要:为解决电力系统中同步向量测量装置(PMU)在暂态脱机状态下无法感知到弱信号,从而导致误差修正结果较差的难题,设计了一种基于随机矩阵的PMU暂态脱机检测误差修正方法。首先利用0-1整数规划法建立配置数学模型并优化,采用割平面法求出数学模型的最优解。然后根据求解结果选取滑动窗口构建PMU采样信号的随机矩阵,增强弱目标信号的检测精度。最后选用最大最小特征值法修正误差,直至误差在系统允许的合理范围内,至此完成误差修正方法的设计。实验结果表明,未采用修正方法时,三相电压幅值、三相电流幅值以及三相电流电压间相位角的检测误差均超过允许的最大范围,经过修正后的检测值误差均小于允许误差的极限值,说明所提方法可有效修正检测误差。In power systems,PMU devices cannot sense weak signals in transient off-line state,which leads to poor error correction results.Therefore,a method of error correction for PMU device transient offline detection based on random matrix is designed.The 0-1 integer programming method is used to establish and optimize the mathematical model,and the cutting plane method is used to obtain the optimal solution of the mathematical model.According to the solution results,the random matrix of PMU sampling signal is constructed by selecting sliding window to enhance the detection accuracy of weak target signal.Finally,the maximum and minimum eigenvalue method is selected to correct the error until the error is within the reasonable range allowed by the system.The experimental results show that the detection errors of three-phase voltage amplitude,three-phase current amplitude and phase angle between three-phase current and voltage exceed the allowable maximum range without using the correction method,and the corrected detection value error is less than the limit value of allowable error.It shows that the proposed method can effectively correct the detection error.
