摘　　要：介绍了中国石化洛阳分公司2#芳烃抽提装置再沸系统的节能优化改造措施及改造效果。结果表明:停运2#芳烃抽提装置的二甲苯塔及其再沸炉后,通过采用投运原二甲苯装置歧化甲苯塔,及增设1条将抽提苯塔塔底物料送至歧化甲苯塔的跨线后,可生产满足质量要求的甲苯产品;燃料气消耗量降低1.4 t/h,3.5 MPa蒸汽消耗量增加14 t/h,燃料动力费减少1988元/h。The energy saving optimization renovation measures and renovation results of the reboiling system of 2#aromatics extraction unit in Luoyang Branch of SINOPEC,were introduced.The results showed that by adopting the measures such as shutting down xylene column and its reboiler furnace of 2#aromatics extraction device,putting disproportionation toluene column of original xylene device into operation and adding an extra cross line which sends extraction of benzene tower bottom material to the disproportionation toluene column,the toluene products could meet the quality requirements.The fuel gas consumption had reduced by 1.4 t/h,the 3.5 MPa steam′s consumption had increased by 14 t/h and the fuel and power costs had been reduced by 1988 yuan/h.
