摘　　要：专病医疗联合体是我国医疗联合体建设中的有益探索,通过整合区域内专病防治的医疗卫生资源,为居民提供全周期健康服务,显著提升专病的救治效果,推进分级诊疗。文章以全周期健康服务视角,探讨专病医疗联合体的起源、各地实践和内涵,分析其运行机制,为深入推进专病医疗联合体建设提供理论参考。Special disease medical alliance is a beneficial exploration in the process of China’s integrated medical reform.Through the integration of medical and health resources for the prevention and treatment of special diseases in the region,it provides the special disease medical alliance and full-cycle health services,significantly improves the treatment effect of special diseases,and promotes hierarchical diagnosis.From the perspective of full-cycle health services,it discusses the origin,practice and connotation of the special disease medical alliance,analyzes the operation mechanism,and provides theoretical thinking for promoting the construction of the special disease medical alliance.
