摘　　要：分析了医院科研项目管理的现状和全过程管理的必要性,梳理总结了医院基于科研项目申报、项目立项、项目验收全过程管理经验,围绕科研项目技术指标管理、科研项目经费管理、科研项目成果管理3个方面剖析科研项目管理策略;建立了系统、全面、可行的医院科研项目全过程管理体系,取得了明显的成效。With analyzing the present situation and necessity of the whole process of hospital scientific research project management,the experience of the whole process of the scientific research project application,project approval and project conclusion are summarized.It focuses on the management strategies of scientific research projects in three aspects:the management of scientific research project technical indicators,the management of scientific research project funds and scientific research project results.The hospital has established a systematic,comprehensive and feasible whole process management system for hospital scientific research project which has achieved significant results.
