摘 要:为建立保护关心医务人员长效机制、健全员工关心关爱机制、切实解决医务人员实际困难,中国福利会国际和平妇幼保健院开展了员工援助计划的探索与实践,从组织框架、需求分析到项目实施,促进了医务工作者的身心健康和工作绩效,为医院管理改革创新提供参考,也为建设系统化、专业化、本土化的员工援助计划实务体系作出尝试。To establish a long-term mechanism to protect and care for medical personnel,improve the mechanism of care and assistance for employees,and effectively solve the practical difficulties of medical personnel,the International Peace Maternity&Child Health Hospital of China Welfare Institute has carried out the exploration and practice of an employee assistance program,which has jointly promoted the physical and mental health and performance of medical workers from the organizational framework,demand analysis to project implementation,and has provided the reference for the reform and innovation of hospital management.It also has made an attempt to the construction of a systematic,professional and localized practical system of the employee assistance program.
