摘　　要：为了顺应新医改的要求,各级公立医院明确发展方向,逐步探索新的领导方式。介绍了吉林大学中日联谊医院落实党委领导下的院长负责制的实施路径和实践成效,从完善决策体系、沟通机制、监督保障、考核评价、决策流程5个方面提出了公立医院落实党委领导下的院长负责制的建议。To meet the requirements of the new medical reform,public hospitals at all levels manage to clearly define the development direction and gradually explore new leadership methods.It introduces the implementation path and practical results of the dean’s responsibility system under the leadership of the party committee in the Sino-Japanese Friendship Hospital of Jilin University.It puts forward recommendations on the implementation of the party committee leadership in public hospitals under the dean’s accountability system from five aspects:improving the decision-making system,communication mechanism,supervision and guarantee,assessment and evaluation,and decision-making process.
