摘　　要：自成都市新都区被批准为全国紧密型县域医共体建设试点县以来,新都区中医医院通过建设“两平台一体系”,探索实施“45321”工程,逐步建立起“互联网+”县域中医智能医共体,使基层医疗机构彻底从单纯依赖上级医院的“输血”式帮扶向基层自身能力提升的“造血”式生长转变,紧密型县域医共体建设取得阶段性成效。Since the Xindu District of Chengdu City was approved as a pilot county for the construction of a national compact county-level medical community,Xindu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)has explored the“45321”project through the construction of“two platforms and one system”,and gradually established the“Internet Plus”county-level intelligent medical community of TCM so that the primary health care institutions have completely transformed from the“blood transfusion”type of support solely relying on the superior hospitals to the“hematopoietic”type of growth.Phased results have been achieved in the construction of a compact county-level medical community.
