党建带团建视角下民办高校学生管理体系建构的问题探讨

摘　　要：党建带团建是新时代民办高校加强和落实党对青年工作领导的时代要求。党建带团建视角下,加强民办高校学生工作管理团队建设,完善民办高校学生工作管理体系,对更好地凝聚和团结青年学生,更好地当好党的助手和后备军,具有重要的现实意义。该文在剖析民办高校党建带团建现状的基础上,对党建带团建视角下民办高校学生工作管理体系建构的重要性予以分析,最后重点对党建带团建视角下民办高校学生工作管理体系建构的具体路径进行探索。Party building leading League building is the requirement of the new era for private colleges and universities to strengthen and implement the Party’s leadership over youth work. From the perspective of Party building leading League building, strengthening the team construction for student work management in private colleges and universities, and improving the student work management system in private colleges and universities, are of important practical significance for better uniting college students, and better cultivating them to be the assistants and reserve force of the Party. Based on the analysis of the current situation of Party building leading League building in private colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the importance of the construction of a student work management system in private colleges and universities from the perspective of Party building leading League building, and finally focuses on the specific path for the construction from the perspective of Party building leading League building.
