摘　　要：在大学生职业生涯规划教育中,要发挥课程思政的作用,就要将思想政治理论知识融入专业知识,从而增强大学生职业生涯规划教育的科学性、合理性、针对性和目的性,锻炼并提升大学生的职业能力,这也是现代高等教育应对严峻就业形势的必然选择。该文针对课程思政理念下大学生职业生涯规划教育模式的改革策略进行分析和探讨,以供相关人员参考。In the career planning education for college students, to play the role of curriculum-based ideological and political education, theoretical knowledge in ideology and politics should be integrated into professional knowledge, so as to enhance the scientificity, rationality, pertinence and purpose of career planning education for college students, train and improve the professional ability of college students, which is also an inevitable choice for contemporary higher education facing the severe employment situation. This paper analyzes and discusses the strategy to reform the model of career planning education for college students under the concept of curriculumbased ideological and political education, hoping to provide reference for relevant researchers.
