工匠精神视域下金工实习课程思政教学探索

摘　　要：课题组从提高金工实习教师队伍思政教学能力、挖掘思政元素、创新课程思政教学模式、构建课程思政考核评价体系等方面进行金工实习课程思政建设探索,旨在基于工匠精神,在实践过程中帮助学生建立中国特色社会主义道路自信、理论自信、制度自信、文化自信,调动学生的学习积极性与创造性,从而取得良好的实践育人效果。This paper explores the curriculum-based ideological and political construction of metalworking practice from the aspects of improving the ideological and political teaching ability of teachers for metalworking practice, mining ideological and political elements, innovating the teaching model of curriculum-based ideological and political education, and constructing the assessment and evaluation system of curriculum-based ideological and political education, aiming to help students build confidence in the path, theory, system and culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics, motivate their enthusiasm for learning and creativity, based on craftsmanship, so as to achieve a good effect of practical education.
