空间正义视角下的乡村空间发展:问题、归因及其治理

摘　　要：乡村空间的资源和权益在城市更新、城市扩展等大规模城市化运动中没有得到应有的公正对待,从而导致乡村社会存在空间发展不平衡、空间共同体疏离、空间优秀文化发展乏力、空间环境污染和差异性空间丧失等空间社会问题。这些现象的产生可以从空间实践的历史逻辑、空间表征的资本逻辑和表征空间的文化逻辑中获得解释。乡村空间生产的良性发展,需要遵循新时代空间正义原则,在新时代价值引领下构建乡村空间内外协同治理机制,充分发挥乡村空间治理多元主体的作用,用积极开放的空间民主,大力推动乡村文化的建设,因地制宜促进乡村空间的发展。The resources and rights of rural space have not been treated fairly in large-scale ur⁃banization movements such as urban renewal and urban expansion,thus leading to spatial social prob⁃lems in rural society,such as unbalanced spatial development,alienation of spatial community,weak development of spatial excellent culture,spatial environmental pollution and loss of differentiated space.These phenomena can be explained from the historical logic of space practice,the capital log⁃ic of space representation and the cultural logic of representational space.The benign development of rural spatial production requires following the principle of spatial justice in the new era,constructing a collaborative governance mechanism inside and outside the rural space under the guidance of the values of the new era,giving full play to the role of multiple subjects of rural spatial governance,vigorously promoting the construction of rural culture with active and open space democracy,and pro⁃moting the development of rural space according to local conditions.
