摘 要:电动汽车的充电负荷将极大影响配电网的安全稳定运行,提出一种基于改进向量序优化算法的V2G电动汽车充电站规划方法。首先,对电动汽车可调用的动态功率进行建模;然后构建考虑充电站全寿命周期成本和配电网安全经济运行的多目标规划模型;在此基础上,提出一种基于分散优化理论的改进向量序优化算法,求解得到最优规划方案。最后,以IEEE33节点配电系统为算例,验证了本文方法的有效性和科学性。The charging load of electric vehicle will greatly affect the safe and stable operation of power grid.A planning method of V2G electric vehicle charging station based on improved vector order optimization algorithm is proposed.Firstly,the dynamic power that can be called by electric vehicle is modeled.Then,a multi-objective programming model considering the life cycle cost of charging station,safe and economic operation mode of distribution network is constructed.An improved vector order optimization algorithm based on decentralized optimization theory is proposed to solve the model and obtain the optimal planning scheme.Finally,taking IEEE33 node distribution system as an example,the effectiveness and scientificity of the proposed method are verified.
