摘  要:为了研究不同成型方法对沥青玛蹄脂碎石混合料(SMA-13)疲劳性能的影响,采用垂直振动压实法(VVCM)、标准马歇尔(Marshall)法和Superpave旋转压实(SGC)法制备SMA-13。通过间接拉伸疲劳试验评价混合料的疲劳性能,应用威布尔分布建立疲劳方程。研究表明:不同方法设计的SMA-13疲劳性能均服从双参数威布尔分布,采用不同方法设计SMA-13疲劳方程可以准确预估其疲劳寿命;压实方法对SMA-13疲劳性能影响显著,在应力水平为0.45且失效概率为5时,VVCM设计的SMA-13疲劳寿命较Marshall法提高了33%,较SGC法提高了9%。In order to study the influence of different molding methods on the fatigue performance of stone mastic asphalt-13(SMA-13),SMA-13 is prepared by vertical vibration compaction method(VVCM),standard Marshall method and Superpave gyratory compactor(SGC).The fatigue performance of SMA-13 is evaluated by indirect tensile fatigue test,and the fatigue equation is established by Weibull distribution.The results show that the fatigue properties of SMA-13 designed by different methods obey two parameter Weibull distribution,and the fatigue life of SMA-13 designed by different methods can be accurately estimated by establishing fatigue equation.The compaction method has significant influence on the fatigue properties of SMA-13.When the stress level is 0.45 and the failure probability is 5,the fatigue life of SMA-13 designed by VVCM is 33%higher than that of Marshall method and 9%higher than that of SGC method.
